Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Final Sale Items
Reworked (one of one) and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind, since each item is uniquely sourced or altered specifically for that order.
Defects or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit, within 5–7 working days of approval.
