These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mushay.com, owned and operated by Shaikh Mubashir Ahmed (“Mushay”).
Use of This Site
By placing an order on Mushay, you confirm that the delivery and contact details you provide are accurate, and that you will be reasonably available to receive Cash on Delivery orders where applicable.
Product Accuracy
Many of our items are thrifted and reworked, meaning each piece is genuinely one of one. Minor variation from product photos (fabric texture, exact shade, hardware wear) should be expected and is not considered a defect.
Pricing
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and may be revised without prior notice for future orders. Prices confirmed at checkout are final for that order.
Order Cancellation
Mushay reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified, or that fails delivery after repeated attempts.
